You are not alone!

A few years ago, I decided to study various modalities to add to my practice in East Asian Medicine so I could create a place where people could feel seen and safe to explore their personal path.

As we live our lives, it is easy to get caught up in daily living. Days turn to months and months turn to years and we wake up one day, disenchanted, with no idea how we got here. I have seen this happen to people in all walks of life with no regard for career path or gender. Aging is challenging. Our bodies shift; our lives look nothing like what we thought they’d look when we were just starting out; we’ve been living a story that we didn’t write; and we may even have fully lost our sense of direction within our own lives.

Once we become aware of that, we can begin to make choices which can bring us back to center. My job as a longevity coach, is to help you discover what your options are, to offer real life solutions, and to help you intentionally design your life to live well longer…to be free to be who you are and to live the life you want to live.

We will work together to develop a customized, approachable plan to help you live your most vibrant life. We’ll take actionable steps to help you reconnect with how you want your life to look, rewrite your story, and reclaim your innate power.

A quick word about hypnotherapy…

There are a lot of misconceptions around hypnotherapy. I don’t always use this modality in sessions; however, I wanted to address it here, in case you have any interest or concerns.

So what is hypnotherapy?

Close your eyes, begin to relax your body, and as you do, imagine yourself on a beautiful beach, the sun is shining, your face is warm, and you can feel your toes digging tunnels in the sand. That’s it. That’s hypnosis!

Hypnotherapy is your guide to creating change. It can help you let go of stress, fear, and anger. It can help you change habits that may be getting in the way of being your best you. From the time we are born, our unconscious mind is being programmed. Some of what we learn is useful. Some is not. The unconscious mind is where we store trauma, beliefs, habits, and negative self talk. Hypnosis is a way of reaching the unconscious mind to help clear roadblocks to a better way of being.

If we decide to use hypnotherapy in our sessions, we work together to determine what behaviors you want to change and what you want your life to look like. We achieve lasting results that put you on a path to self empowerment and self determination.
